You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our sending you the wrong item.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You may cancel your order by sending us an email within 2 hours of placing your order, or by telephoning our Customer Service Number 0131 550 3799. Where you have made payment via PayPal, please send us the transaction reference number, or quote this when you call, to allow us to make a prompt refund.
We will make every effort to cancel an order as soon as we receive notification from you, but cannot guarantee that we will not have processed and dispatched your order after 2 hours. If more than 2 hours have elapsed since you placed your order, and you contact us to cancel the order, but we have already sent your order by post, then you can stillreturn the goods to us, by simply marking the package 'Return to Sender', and we will refund you in full upon receipt by us. However, we reserve the right to retain payment for postage charges and the cost of packing when you have not informed us within 2 hours of your wish to cancel the order.
All products will be shipped by first class post or Airmail if outside the UK within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is made same day, but this only takes place from Monday to Friday within our normal office hours of 09:30 - 15:00. All packaging is designed to ensure safe and secure delivery to you, and includes our return address.
We use PayPal to process our online payments, and therefore do not store your credit or debit card details. If you choose to contact us directly by phone, or transmit your order to us by email or post, we will not store any credit or debit card information. All data is handled in accordance with provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
We do not store any financial information about you other than the details of your order, and method of payment. We will nevert transmit or disclose your details to any third parties, and store all data securely.
